If you’re thinking of booking me as your South Wales Wedding Photographer, your whole booking experience will look a little something like this…
Pre Wedding
After you’ve taken a look through my south wales wedding photographer portfolio and packages page to get a better idea of the wedding photography package you’d like to book, you can get in touch through my contact page or any of the contact buttons dotted around the website! The information I’ll first need is your wedding date, wedding venue, both of your names as well as your contact details. I always email back asap as soon as I’ve checked my schedule to let you know if I’m free for your date!
Initial Contact
You’ll receive an email back letting you know whether I’m free for your wedding day and I’ll look forward to answering any questions you may have! Once all of your questions are answered and you’re happy to go ahead and book, I’ll send over my bank account details ready for whenever you have a spare minute to transfer the £120 deposit over. Once the deposit is received, you’re wedding photography is officially booked and we can move on to all the exciting details of your wedding day!
Deposit
I’m available whenever you need me before booking, leading up to your big day, and even after capturing your wedding day to discuss ideas or answer any extra questions you may have for me. I’ll send you my mobile number, so you can text, email, WhatsApp, Facetime, or call whenever you need me and I’ll be on the other end ready to help!

After the wedding photography deposit is received you’ll receive a wedding photography welcome pack containing your wedding photography deposit receipt for the payment made as well as all the information needed for your wedding day such as hints and tips that have previously helped other brides leading up to and on their wedding days and the final payment date which is usually 1 month before your wedding date.
Welcome Pack
Around one month before your wedding day, I’ll contact you to remind you to either fill in a simple questionnaire (a link within the welcome pack) with the details I’ll need for your day or we’ll arrange a call to go through it together and cover all bases. The details needed are quite basic as I usually ask for a schedule of the day, a list of group shots you’d like as well as any ideas or unique parts of your day I should be in the right place at the right time for!

Post Wedding
If you’re looking for that special photo to post all over your socials, do not worry about having to use your uncles phones photos as I always send over a few sneak peeks a day or two after your wedding just so you have something to get excited for whilst waiting for the full gallery!

I usually try to get your full gallery over as soon as I can after your wedding day, but it will never be longer than 4 weeks after your wedding date!

Keepsakes
Once you’ve taken a look through your wedding day gallery and are happy with the photos, I’ll then get your photos uploaded to your personalised USB and sent straight to your door with the highest quality versions included!
