Pre Wedding
Once you’ve explored my South Wales wedding photography and packages to find the perfect fit for your big day, feel free to get in touch via my contact page or any of the contact buttons on my website! To get started, I’ll need a few details—your wedding date, venue, both of your names, and your contact information. I always respond as soon as possible after checking my availability to let you know if I’m free for your special day!
Initial Contact
I’ll get back to you as soon as possible to confirm my availability for your wedding day and answer any questions you may have. Once everything is covered and you’re ready to book, I’ll send over my bank details so you can easily transfer the £120 deposit at your convenience. As soon as the deposit is received, your wedding photography is officially secured, and we can dive into all the exciting details of your special day!

I’m here for you every step of the way—before booking, in the lead-up to your big day, and even after your wedding—to discuss ideas or answer any questions you may have. I’ll share my mobile number, so whether you prefer to text, email, WhatsApp, FaceTime, or call, I’ll always be just a message away and happy to help!

Welcome Pack
Once the deposit is received, you’ll get a wedding photography welcome pack. This will include your deposit receipt, along with helpful information for your wedding day, such as tips and advice that have benefited other brides in the lead-up to their special day. You’ll also find details about the final payment, which is typically due one month before your wedding.
Around one month before your wedding day, I’ll contact you to remind you to either fill in a simple questionnaire (a link within the welcome pack) with the details I’ll need for your day or we’ll arrange a call to go through it together and cover all bases. The details needed are quite basic as I usually ask for a schedule of the day, a list of group shots you’d like as well as any ideas or unique parts of your day I should be in the right place at the right time for!

Post Wedding
If you’re looking for that special photo to post all over your socials, do not worry about having to use your uncles phones photos as I always send over a few sneak peeks a day or two after your wedding just so you have something to get excited for whilst waiting for the full gallery!

I usually try to get your full gallery over as soon as I can after your wedding day, but it will never be longer than 4 weeks after your wedding date!

Keepsakes
Once you’ve taken a look through your wedding day gallery and are happy with the photos, I’ll then get your photos uploaded to your personalised USB and sent straight to your door with the highest quality versions included!
